Why can’t I find the Snipping Tool?

I couldn’t find the Snipping Tool at first, and it really confused me. I clicked on the Start button and typed “Snipping Tool,” but nothing showed up. Then I tried “Snip & Sketch,” and a different app opened instead, so I realized Windows had changed it.

After that, I pressed the Windows key + Shift + S, and a small bar appeared at the top of my screen, letting me take a screenshot. That’s when I understood the shortcut was more important than the old icon. I also checked in Settings under Apps to make sure it was still installed. After trying all this myself, I finally learned how to open it again.
