How do you take a screenshot and then paste it?
I usually take screenshots when I need to share something quickly from my screen.
On my Windows laptop, I press the Print Screen key, which instantly copies everything visible to my clipboard. Sometimes I use Windows + Shift + S when I only want part of the screen, and I simply drag to select the area I need.
Once I have captured what I want, I open whatever application I am working in, like Word or an email. I click exactly where I want the image to appear, then I press Ctrl + V to paste it in.
I find this method super fast because I never have to save files anywhere first. It works every single time for me without any problems or complicated steps needed whatsoever.
